This side dish is very easy & ever so good! My mother-in-law will make a double batch & freeze one to have on hand. We love it! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups boiled yellow squash |
1 cup sour cream |
1 can cream of celery soup |
a small onion, chopped |
1 small package of peppridge farm cornbread stuffing |
1 stick butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix together and bake at 350° until set, about 25 minutes. Oven temps vary. |
