Yummy Ingredients:
6 cups squash |
1/4 cup egg beaters |
1 cup onions |
1/4 tbsp chili powder |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese |
1/8 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Steam squash in 1/4 cup of water in the microwave about 6 minutes, blend squash in blender until mushed up, add all ingredients except onions & cheese. 2. Pour into pie dish add onions & top with cheese, bake at 350 degrees until top is golden brown. The best part is you get to eat 1/4 of the entire dish for 110 calories Hooray!!!! |
