8 oz. yellow squash, chopped |
4 oz. tomatoes, chopped |
2 oz. green onions, chopped |
2 oz. mushrooms, chopped |
4 medium eggs |
4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated |
1 garlic powder to taste |
1 lemon pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Boil vegetables until soft, drain, then mash well. 3. Add beaten eggs and cheese. 4. Put into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm. |
