Preparation: Easy Cooking time: 15 min Ingredients:
4 cups yellow squash |
2 cups zuchini |
1 medium onion |
1/2 tbsp garlic salt |
1 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Wash and slice onion, squash and zuchini. Put olive oil into a nonstick skillet large enough to hold all vegetables. Add garlic salt. Cook until desired doneness. May need to add additional seasoning for taste. |
