3 cups summer squash |
1 1/2 cups white rice |
2 cups chicken |
4 medium red potatoes |
2 cloves garlic |
1 small white onion |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
1 cup balsamic vinegar |
4 tbsp rosemary |
Directions:
1. put all ingredients, chopped to your liking into slow cooker, add 1 to 2 cups of water and fresh rosemary clippings and leave on high for 4 hours 2. place into glass casserole dish and place parmesan cheese on top, bake at 275 for 25 minutes 3. serve |
