pan fried squash
Ingredients:
1 cups sliced summer squash
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 tsp margarine
1 slice ham
1 dash red pepper
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
1. heat olive oil, stir in onion, ham (can use bacon or ham flavoring), squash & margarine. Add to taste, peppers, salt and garlic powder. Pan fry until tender and browning.
