pan fried squash Ingredients:
1 cups sliced summer squash |
1 tsp olive oil |
1/2 cup sliced onion |
1 tsp margarine |
1 slice ham |
1 dash red pepper |
1 salt |
1 pepper |
1 tsp garlic powder |
Directions:
1. heat olive oil, stir in onion, ham (can use bacon or ham flavoring), squash & margarine. Add to taste, peppers, salt and garlic powder. Pan fry until tender and browning. |
