Easy oven barbecue. Ingredients:
4 lbs pork spareribs |
6 ounces orange juice concentrate, thawed |
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place ribs, meaty side down in a shallow roasting pan. 2. Roast in a 450F oven for 30 minutes. 3. Drain off fat; turn ribs and roast 30 more minutes. 4. Combine remaining ingredients; brush on ribs. 5. Reduce heat to 350°F 6. Roast ribs covered, for 1 hour or till tender, brushing with sauce occasionally. |
