Ingredients:
1 cup moong mixed sprouts (steamed)
1 onion
1 chopped tomato
salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder (roasted)
Directions:
1. Wash and drain sprouts.
2. Add Onion, tomato and other ingredients.
3. Mix well.
4. Garnish with coriander.
