I don't like hummus, but I used roasted pepper hummus on this sandwich and liked it anyway! Ingredients:
2 slices bread |
2 tablespoons hummus |
1 ounce alfalfa sprout, rinsed |
Directions:
1. Toast bread slices in toaster or toaster oven. 2. Spread 1 T hummus on each slice of bread. 3. Put sprouts on one bread slice, top with the second slice, and enjoy! |
