2 cups mixed sprouts
4 big cubed, boiled/microwaved and peeled potatoes
1 1/2 cups orange juice
salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Take a salad bowl.
2. Toss gently to mix all the ingredients.
3. Serve on bed of lettuce leaves and enjoy!
