Sprouted Grain Portobello Mushroom Fajitas

Ingredients:
2 mushrooms
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 tsp olive oil
2 white onions, thinly sliced
4 medium bell peppers, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp chili pepper
2 tbsp avocado
1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
Directions:
1. Rub the mushrooms with vinegar and olive oil, then toss with the onions and peppers. season with the chili powder, sea salt and pepper
2. Grill the mushrooms, onions and peppers on grill for 3 to 4 minutes. Romove from the ehat. Warm tortillas in the micro. Slice the mushrooms and arrange evenly on the tortillas with peppers and onions.
3. Serve with guacamole and tomatoes.
