Great for an end of month when money may be a little tight. Got this back in the 50's from, believe it or not, the hospital when I broke my leg. Can be doubled or more. Ingredients:
1 can bean sprouts, drained |
1 lb hamburger |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown burger, and drain. 2. Add bean sprouts. 3. Add rest of ingredients. 4. Stir and heat throughly. 5. Serve with vegies and salad. |
