A healthier burger, vey tasty wih a bit of crunch. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1/2 cup bean sprouts, chopped |
1/4 cup water chestnut, chopped |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped finely |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
pepper |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Shape into 4 large patties. 3. Broil or barbecue to preferred doneness. |
