Our favorite spritz. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
2/3 cup sugar |
3 egg yolks |
1 teaspoon almond extract |
2 1/2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar together. 2. Add egg yolks and almond extract. 3. Stir in flour, but dont over mix. 4. Press out with a spritz gun onto ungreased cookie sheet. 5. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes. |
