Light yet filling dinner for the SlenderizeYOU diet plan phase one. Ingredients:
3/4 cup mushroom, sliced |
2 teaspoons red onions, minced |
3/4 cup peas, frozen and thawed |
1 teaspoon butter |
3 eggs |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms and onions, when soft, add peas. Add eggs, scramble on low heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy! |
