Ingredients:
2 pounds ground lamb |
1 cup milk |
1 cup crushed saltine crackers |
1 egg |
1 medium-size green pepper, seeded and finely chopped |
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 (10-ounce) package frozen green peas |
6 small new potatoes, cooked and peeled |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into an oiled, ovenproof 6-cup ring mold. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Carefully drain excess grease from mold. Unmold onto a warm serving platter. 2. Cook peas according to package directions. Fill center of ring with peas and potatoes. |
