Springtime Green Goddess Dip |

Courtesy of Cuisine at Home. I see alot of the Green Goddess dips on here but this one stood out because of all the fresh herbs. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
1/4 cup scallion, chopped |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon fresh dill |
2 teaspoons fresh tarragon |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste |
white pepper |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. 2. Chill atleast 1 hour before serving. 3. May be made up to 2 days in advance. |
