This is good for the summer or spring
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberry, frozen and unsweetened
3/4 cup light vanilla yogurt
1 cup tropicana orange juice
2/3 cup quaker oats, uncooked
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (ground or minced) or 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender container or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
