This is good for the summer or spring Ingredients:
1 cup strawberry, frozen and unsweetened |
3/4 cup light vanilla yogurt |
1 cup tropicana orange juice |
2/3 cup quaker oats, uncooked |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (ground or minced) or 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender container or food processor. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Pour into a glass and enjoy! |
