Ingredients:
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
8 radishes, sliced
6 scallions, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 lb cottage cheese or 1 lb pot cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 pint sour cream
Directions:
1. Lightly mix (I am not sure if the sour cream is intended to be mixed in or used as a garnish - see note).
2. Note: Jennie suggests serving this with buttered rye bread or on individual plates, garnished with sour cream.
