Ingredients:
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen english peas |
2 teaspoons reduced-calorie margarine |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt; drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add margarine and remaining ingredients, stirring until margarine melts. |
