Ingredients:
1 cup cooked wild rice
2 eggs beaten
5 tbsp. oil
1 cup of milk
1-1/4 cup flour (wheat)
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup finely diced apple
Directions:
1. Mix all the dry,
2. Mix eggs oil and milk syrup
3. Add liquid to dry and mix
4. Fold in - rice and apples
5. Bake at 425 check after 15 minutes
6. Makes a dozen and half
