My Mother's recipe. Not a true cheesecake, it's lighter and quicker. No cooking required and tastes lucious. I love this for dessert when we have a cook out. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 cup sour cream |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
8 ounces cool whip |
1 prepared graham cracker crust |
1 pint fresh strawberries |
Directions:
1. Easy as pie -. 2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. 3. Gradually add in sugar. 4. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. 5. Finaly fold in whipped topping. 6. Spoon into crust. 7. Chill atleast 4 hours. 8. Top with sliced strawberries. |
