My mom always made this growing up for cook outs and it was always gone when it was time to go home. My favorite lite tasting pasta salad. I make it and eat it for lunch most of the summer when it's too hot to eat. Ingredients:
1 package of elbow maccaroni cooked according to pkg directions |
1 med to large cucumber (diced or chopped depending on how much you like them i dice) |
1 med tomato diced |
miracle whip (put spoonfuls in one at a time and stir til you get the constitancy you like remember it soaks in the noodles as it sits, i use close to 1 cup) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste. 2. Refridgerate for at least 1 hour before serving. 3. ENJOY I always do |
