Created this one day to finish up some yogurt and raspberries and was very good! Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup fresh raspberry |
1 tablespoon chia seeds |
Directions:
1. Layer Yogurt, Raspberries, Yogurt, Chia Seeds in a Glass until you reach the top of the Glass. If desired, stir everything together! |
