Cornbread with a creamy twist. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box cornbread mix |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. |
