The batter for these great rolls will keep in the refrigerator for several days, so it may be made ahead of time and baked when needed! Ingredients:
1 package yeast |
2 tablespoons warm water (110 degrees) |
2 cups warm water |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
4 cups self rising flour |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons of water 2. Combine all remaining ingredients 3. Spoon into greased muffin tims 4. Bake for 15 -20 minutes in a 400 degree oven |
