This is a very good twist to ordinary cornbread Ingredients:
2 slightly beaten eggs |
1 small box jiffy corn muffin mix |
1 (8 oz) small can creamed corn |
1 (8oz) small can kernel corn (drained) |
1 small sour cream |
1/2 cup butter (melted) |
1 (4oz) small shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together except for shredded cheddar cheese. Spread in ungreased pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and bake for additional 10 minutes to melt cheese. |
