Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) butter
8 ounce(s) cream style corn
2 eggs
1 box(es) jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup(s) sour cream
8 ounce(s) whole kernel corn
Directions:
1. preheat
2. Grease 1-1/2 quart casserole
3. Pout butter and corn into prepared dish. Blend in sour cream. In separate bowl beat eggs and stir into casserole along with muffin mix. Blend thoroughly. Bake 35-40 minutes or until center is form. Serve hot with butter.
