Quick and easy and super delicious! It is a cross between mac and cheese and spaghetti/lasagna. Ingredients:
16 ounces elbow macaroni, dry |
1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (such as prego) |
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Boil noodles until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain, set aside. 3. In a 2 quart oven safe dish layer spaghetti sauce, noodles, and cheese; repeat layers two more times and top with bread crumbs. 4. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling and enjoy! |
