Very simple recipe for excellent soup. Ingredients:
500 grams split peas |
1 onion |
1 carrot |
100 grams ham (on the bone) |
10 cups water |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a pot. 2. Bring to boil. 3. Simmer for around three hours. 4. Remove bone. 5. Purée soup. 6. Eat or refrigerate for later. |
