My favourite cocktail. I love it when we've been overseas, and can get the ingredients duty-free at the airport!! Ingredients:
30 ml midori melon liqueur |
15 ml galliano |
15 ml coconut liqueur |
30 ml pineapple juice |
30 ml cream |
Directions:
1. Blend with Ice and pour into a 210ml glass. 2. I use a tall footed glass. 3. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and leaves on the side of the glass. |
