Lower in sugar but great tasting Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend |
1/4 cup splenda sugar blend for baking |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
3 cups quick-cooking oats |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350. 2. Cream butter and both sugars. 3. Add eggs one at a time. 4. Add vanilla. 5. Combine dry ingredients 6. Add to butter mixture. 7. Stir in oats. 8. Drop by tablespoon full onto ungreased cookie sheet. 9. Bake 10-12 minutes. |
