Splenda® Low-fat Cream Cheese Frosting |

Another good one from the SPLENDA® site. If you don't like non-fat cream cheese they suggest, you can always use the low fat as I have done. Ingredients:
1/2 cup light butter, softened |
1 cup splenda granular, no calorie sweetener |
1 lb fat-free cream cheese, softened |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Beat softened butter and SPLENDA ® Granular briefly in medium bowl, until SPLENDA® Granular is just incorporated. 2. Add cream cheese, tablespoon by tablespoon. 3. Mix until lump free, 1 to 2 minutes. 4. Scrape sides of bowl and add vanilla extract. Mix well. |
