Splenda Banana Bran Muffins |

Great banana muffin recipe using Splenda's brown sugar. Ingredients:
1 cup wheat all-bran cereal |
2 bananas, mashed |
2/3 cup milk |
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend, firmly packed |
1/4 cup canola oil |
1 egg, beaten |
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Mix together cereal, bananas and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. 3. Add sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix well. 4. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. 5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. 6. Stir just until combined. 7. Spoon into greased muffin pans. 8. Bake for 20 minutes. |
