Found on one of my old note cards. Serve with assorted cut up vegetables. This needs 1 hour chilling time but it's a no cook recipe. Ingredients:
2 cups sour cream |
1/4 cup vodka |
3 1/2 ounces red caviar, lump fish, reserve 1 tsp. for garnish |
1 1/4 cups chives, minced |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Cover dip and refrigerate for one hour. 3. Garnish with the reserved teaspoon of caviar and serve with cut up vegetables. |
