Quick, easy and nourishing featuring a flavor of the Mediterranean, this side dish is loaded with vitamins A and C. Also try this recipe as a colorful bed for broiled chicken or seafood. Ingredients:
4 packages (10 ounces each) cleaned, fresh spinach |
1 cup (6 ounces) crumbled feta cheese |
1/2 cup chopped, canned pitted black olives |
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
salt and black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
