From Knorr Ingredients:
1 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk |
1 cup reduced-fat swiss cheese, shredded |
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package knorr vegetable soup mix |
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
1 (9 inch) frozen pie crusts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven and baking sheet to 350 degrees. 2. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, spinach, and soup mix. 3. Shape crust into pie plate, and pour mixture into pie crust. 4. Bake for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. |
