This is literally the easiest, most requested dip I make. There's a recipe on the Knorr Vegetable Soup package, but I don't make it like that.:) Here you go....enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup of mayonnaise, hellman's (and yes, it does make a difference) |
1 cup of sour cream |
1 envelope knorr vegetable soup mix |
1 10 ounce package chopped spinach, thawed and with the moistured squeezed out (use paper towels) |
Directions:
1. Use hand mixer to blend all ingredients 2. Make approximately an hour to four hours before serving 3. Place in a bread bowl for a nice presentation, marble rye boule is an excellent accompaniment. 4. I would suggest having extra bread on hand.......and you probably should double the recipe while you're at it. |
