Great Thanksgiving left over recipe that also is good with left over chicken. Easy, warm and so good! Ingredients:
3 c water |
1 can chicken broth |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
2/3 c uncooked wild rice, rinsed |
1 tsp thyme |
1 tsp black pepper |
3 c cooked turkey, chopped |
2 c shredded fresh spinach |
Directions:
1. Combine water, broth, soup, rice and seasonings in crockpot. 2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. 3. Before serving, stir in chicken and spinach. |
