Ingredients:
2 scallions, coarsely chopped |
1 clove garlic, peeled |
10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne |
1/4 pound silken tofu |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
splash sesame oil (optional) |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Transfer to bowl and serve with raw vegetables. |
