A recipe by Susan Asher, owner of Thyme-Out Tea Parties. Always very popular! Ingredients:
3 green onions, finely chopped |
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
3 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1 loaf very thin white pepperidge farm bread |
Directions:
1. Combine green onions through sour cream. 2. Spread thinly on bread to make sandwiches. 3. Cut off crusts and cut into squares or use a cookie cutter. 4. Optional - sprinkle with paprika. |
