Ingredients:
336 g barilla pasta shells, dry |
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well-drained |
1 cup ricotta cheese |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook jumbo shells according to package directions, drain and cover with cold water. 2. Combine well-drained spinach, ricotta cheese and garlic powder. Mix to blend well. 3. Fill shells with spinach mixture; place in shallow inch baking dish. Pour sauce over shells. Bake stuffed shells at 350° for 20 minutes |
