A flavorful, quick, and healthy side dish. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons peanut oil |
1 garlic clove, minced |
6 cups fresh spinach, stems removed (about 8 oz) |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon rice vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minutes. Add spinach, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar; stir fry 2 minutes until spinach begins to wilt. 2. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. |
