I love spinach snacks. Though I love greek pita the best, with spinach and feta, this recipe is still a good spinach snack or appetizer. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon salt |
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained |
16 ounces cheddar cheese |
1 onion, diced |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients. 2. Add and mix in last 3 ingredients. 3. Spread in greased 9 X 13 pan. 4. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
