Another great soup recipe from Diana Liu's cookbook that my Dad gave me 42 years ago. We just love this light and tasty soup. Ingredients:
1/2 lb spinach, well washed, cut into 2 ' lengths |
4 cups water |
1/2 teaspoon msg |
2 teaspoons sesame oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Boil water. Add salt, sesame oil, msg and spinach. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot. |
