This is a wonderful side dish that many of my customers eat as a dip! It's creamy and cheesy and you'll never even know you're eating spinach! This is a great Low-Carb and OAMC recipe.
Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup butter
4 ounces velveeta cheese
10 ounces cottage cheese, drained
2 tablespoons flour
10 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix all Ingredients together.
2. Pour into pan.
3. Cooking: Bake at 350 for 45 min to 1 hour.
