Spinach, Shrimp and Artichoke Dip |

You may do just spinach, or shrimp and artichoke, or all of the above. Ingredients:
1 lb baby shrimp |
1 lb artichoke, chopped |
1 lb spinach, chopped |
1/2 cup butter |
4 ounces cream cheese |
4 ounces parmesan cheese |
4 ounces romano cheese |
4 ounces swiss cheese |
4 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese |
8 ounces saltine crackers or 8 ounces cheez-it crackers |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients. 2. Top with cracker crumbs. 3. Bake until lightly golden brown. |
