From my collection of handwritten recipes 1970-1984. Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tblps. wine vinegar |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/8 teaspoon ginger |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
6 cups spinach, torn and packed (1/2 lb.) |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and seasonings. Pour over spinach. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and egg. Toss lightly and serve at once. |
