A quick way to make frozen spinach tasty! Ingredients:
20 ounce frozen spinach, (2 - 10 oz pkgs), thawed and drained |
1 cup milk, 1 |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute minced garlic clove in olive oil over medium-high heat. Add spinach and cook 2 minutes. 2. In separate bowl, mix milk, flour and parmesan cheese. 3. Add milk mixture to spinach and cook 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened. |
