Ingredients:
2 pound(s) clarks' breakfast sausage |
1 tablespoon(s) dried onion flakes |
1 egg |
1 package(s) frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained) |
1 cup(s) italian bread crumbs |
1 stick(s) melted butter |
1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Form into meatballs and place on sheet pan. Bake at 375 for 1/2 hour. 2. Sauce: In a sauce pan heat 1 pint heavy cream & 2 tbl butter & 1/4 cup chicken broth. In a small bowl whisk together 1 cup milk with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and 2 TBL. flour. Gradually add to heated cream, stirring constantly. Pour over baked meatballs. |
